I built an automation using GitHub Actions to transfer customer requests from Asana into Linear. It connected customer-facing operations with engineering without requiring manual issue creation.
What was going on?
Customer-facing requests lived in Asana. Engineering work lived in Linear.
Why was it hard?
Moving information between the two by hand created duplicate effort and coordination nobody needed.
